We are excited to venture into the online world of shopping. Please read our T&C's below.
At Maddy's Mootique we pride ourselves on providing quality products and good ol' fashioned customer service. You will always be speaking with a 'human' and receive an excellent response from a friendly member of the team. We're always looking to exceed customer expectations, which is why here at Maddy Moos, we are happy to go above and beyond. All orders will be packed and presented in eco friendly packaging with attention to detail to ensure items arrive to you in perfect condition. 1*
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class standard 2-3 working days, with proof of postage. If you need it sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to send it out for next day delivery. (We will discuss any extra costs with you). 2*
Collection is available from our shop address in West Totton, which is an option at checkout.
Paypal payments only (you do not need a Paypal account).
Returning at item: If you're not happy with one of our products, or you feel the description doesn't match what you've received, or maybe you received the wrong item - please email email@example.com. Errors happen, we're only human. Before leaving a bad review, please do contact us and we can see what went wrong and ensure we correct the error. Email within 3 days of receiving your order if you're not happy with your item(s) and would like to return. Refunds of the item cost will be arranged, but postage to send the item back to us won't be covered. You may either post to us or drop the item off at our shop in West Totton.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item(s) if you prefer a different design for example. The cost of posting items back to us won't be covered. Sorry. You may always drop / exchange in store even if bought online.
Please note any refund requests submitted after 3 days of receiving your good will not be accepted except for in extreme circumstances.
We may issue a gift voucher instead of a refund on occasion (this will be discussed with you).
1* All orders will be sent in perfect condition upon inspection before we package them up. Occasionally, damage may occur during posting. If you receive damaged goods, please email us a photo of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement if available. If out of stock, you can wait for the item to be back in stock or we will issue you a refund of the item cost (please note postage isn't refundable).
2* We all know post sometimes goes missing..... it's not often this happens but if you haven't received your order within 5 working days, please email us at email@example.com and we can look into the delay. We will always provide proof of postage.
We are SSL certified to make our website as safe as possible for you to shop on.
